Can I change my order?

Once your order is placed you can’t change it anymore over the shop, however, don’t hesitate to contact us per email and, in case your order is not completely processed, we will do our best to modify your order.

Why is my order not shipped immediately?

We ship orders once they are completely processed; this usually takes 1-5 days depending on how the payment was made. Some transactions take longer to arrive on our account than others.

Can I change my shipping address?

Once your order is placed you can’t change the address on the shop.  Don’t hesitate to contact us by email and, in case your order is not yet shipped we will do our best to modify the address.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

As soon as you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email. Once we ship your order you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the French postal service tracking site. Please keep an eye on the tracking of the package to make sure to be at the indicated address when the package is to be dropped off.

What happens if I do not receive my order?

In the event that you don’t receive your order, please send us an email and we will do our best to track the package or find the best solution.

Can I exchange a product?

Yes, we accept exchanges if the goods are in saleable condition and in the original packaging (if applicable), have not been damaged or washed (where applicable), that the original invoice as proof of purchase is provided and that the package is shipped within 14 days of the delivery date.

Please send us an email before returning a product.

Note that all exchanges are subject to “Exchange Shipping” which must be prepaid and have a traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery.
