Should you wish to return your item(s), we ask that you first drop us an email using this form.

Please note:

• Returns should be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.

• The goods should be in saleable condition unless that is the reason for the return.

• The goods have not been washed (where applicable).

• Return shipping must be prepaid (unless mutually agreed otherwise) and have a traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery.

• Kronbali takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries, however, in the event, a package is lost, don’t hesitate to contact us.

• Once returned, It can take up to five days to process a return.
